Soy Marinated Chicken Thighs

Looking for a delicious recipe that’s easy, inexpensive and healthy? Our soy marinated chicken thighs are going to be your family’s new fav, guaranteed! We handled the seasoning, so all you have to do is open the package and cook. It’s that simple!
Ingredients:
1 package Circle M Meats Boneless Chicken Thighs in Soy Sauce Blend, thawed
1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil
Optional: lemon juice for serving
Directions:
TO GRILL:
- Preheat a gas, charcoal or indoor grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees F). Brush grill grates with oil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess, then place the chicken on the grill.
- Grill the chicken thighs for 8 – 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until the chicken registers 155 – 160 degrees F at the thickest part. Chicken is considered fully cooked at 165 degrees F, but keep in mind, its temperature will continue to rise as it rests!
- Transfer to a plate or cutting board, cover and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top if desired and enjoy!
TO BAKE:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Brush a large glass baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the chicken, along with the marinade, in a single layer.
- Bake the chicken for 15 – 18 minutes or until it reaches 155 – 160 degrees F at the thickest part. Chicken is considered fully cooked at 165 degrees F, but keep in mind, its temperature will continue to rise as it rests!
- Cover and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top if desired and enjoy!
TO PAN SEAR:
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
- Once the oil is glistening, place the chicken, along with the marinade, in a single layer and cook for 10 – 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until the chicken registers 155 – 160 degrees F at the thickest part. Chicken is considered fully cooked at 165 degrees F, but keep in mind, its temperature will continue to rise as it rests!
- Transfer to a plate or cutting board, cover and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top if desired and enjoy!
**Thighs are packed with our flavor soy sauce blend and ready to eat, but if you’re feelin’ salty, season with your favorite finishing salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
