Shipping & Returns Policy

At Circle M Meats, our top priority is ensuring the quick and safe delivery of our premium-quality meat products to your doorstep. We are confident that you will be delighted with our products and outstanding service. We guarantee our packaging to preserve and protect the product quality, extending the shelf life of both frozen and refrigerated storage. Should you have any concerns regarding your order, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it.

How We Ship Your Product:

All our products are individually sealed in sous-vide rated air-tight packaging and shipped in a frozen state. To ensure the pristine condition of your order upon arrival, each shipment is packaged in a sturdy box lined with insulation and dry ice or ice packs.

Our products are carefully packed to arrive partially frozen. In the event that the product arrives cool to the touch but thawed, you can safely refrigerate the meat at 40 degrees for four weeks or store in a freezer for up to 1 year.

Attention:

Due to the excessive heat and delivery delays we are shipping most orders on Monday or Tuesday. This ensures that your product is delivered by the end of the week. Our apologies if this causes any inconvenience.
