All of our steaks are born and raised in the heart of the Ozarks with the highest quality care and dedication to responsible, sustainable agricultural practices. Our dry-aged ribeyes are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days and dry-aged for an additional 21 days, and our dry-aged filet mignons are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days and dry-aged for an additional 10 days. They are hand-carved by our expert butchers. Ribeyes and filet mignons are individually sealed in a high-quality barrier film and frozen.
