Carved from the beef rib, the ribeye contains exceptional marbling, creating a mouthwatering, flavorful steak. These rich, buttery dry-aged ribeyes are perfectly tender however you decide to prepare them.
Our ribeyes are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days followed by a 21 day dry-aging period in our world-class dry-aging facility. Our expert butchers hand-carve every steak.
Each ribeye is individually sealed in our sous vide rated barrier film and frozen - guaranteeing freshness and extending shelf life.
