Carved from the beef rib, the ribeye contains exceptional marbling, creating a mouthwatering, flavorful steak. These rich, buttery dry aged ribeyes are perfectly tender however you decide to prepare them.
Our ribeyes are wet aged for a minimum of 30 days followed by a 21-day dry aging period in our world class dry aging facility. Our expert butchers hand carve every steak.
Each ribeye is individually sealed in our sous vide rated barrier film and frozen - guaranteeing freshness and extending shelf life.
