At Case Farms we know cattle and we know beef! We eat a lot of it and I have beef processed every year for myself and family. But one thing is missing – the flavor of a Circle M steak. I grilled a steak over hot hard wood charcoal and topped it with a simple herb shallot butter. The deep rich nutty flavor was excellent! If you are looking for a special steak, I highly recommend that you give Circle M Meats a try.
