It's impossible to say exactly how many cows are in one pound of ground beef. Ground beef often comes from multiple animals. A single pound of ground beef could potentially contain meat from a few to over 100 different cows. This Ultimate Ground Beef comes from one Circle M Cattle™ cow.

Chuck Steak: It is beefy and well-balanced. Marbled throughout, it provides a juicy and tender ground beef.
Rib: Rich and flavorful. tender and juicy due to high marbling. It is a melt in your mouth part of your ground beef experience.
Loin: Base primal for so many great cuts of beef. It includes the Tenderloin: Home of the filet mignon, it is extra tender and lean and a distinct beefy flavor. It generally has a darker color and a more uniform texture than regular ground beef. It includes the great cuts of the short loin such as the famous KC Strip steak as well as the Sirloin Steak: robust and meat forward. It is leaner and firmer, with a lower fat content compared to chuck. And don’t forget the T-bone, the Porterhouse steak and the Tri Tip. All are great cuts from the loin and in our Ultimate Ground Beef.
The Rib Primal features the Ribeye Steak: Rich and flavorful, it is very tender and juicy due to high marbling and the Prime Rib. Need we say more?
