Firecracker BBQ Burger Recipe

Serves: 4

Burgers

• 2 pounds Circle M Meats Ultimate Ground Beef

• Salt and pepper

• 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese

• Steak seasoning (for finishing)

Toppings

• Crispy onion straws

• 2–3 jalapeños, sliced lengthwise

• Thick-cut dill pickle slices

• Smoky BBQ sauce

• Toasted potato buns

Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Burgers

Divide the Ultimate Ground Beef into four equal portions (about 8 ounces each).

Handle the meat gently and form loose patties about ¾-inch thick. Press a slight indentation into the center of each burger to help them cook evenly.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2 – Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cook burgers about 4–5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, place one slice of Pepper Jack cheese on each burger and close the lid until melted.

Step 3 – Grill the Jalapeños

While the burgers cook, lightly oil the jalapeño slices.

Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until slightly charred and softened.

Step 4 – Toast the Buns

Toast the potato buns cut-side down for about one minute until lightly golden.

Finish

Immediately after removing the burger from the grill, lightly dust the top of the cheese with your favorite steak seasoning.

It adds a subtle burst of savory flavor that ties everything together.

Fire Up Summer

This burger is made for backyard cookouts, neighborhood gatherings, and Fourth of July celebrations.

Fire up the grill. Bring the heat before the fireworks.
