At Circle M Meats, we understand that you may have some questions about our company and our products. We hope that the following FAQ information will answer any questions you may have.
How do you ship your products?
All of our frozen products are packaged airtight and shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice.
What is Circle M Meats' Quality guarantee?
We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to getting you your excellent quality selections in top quality condition. We guarantee that your order will be the size indicated on our site and will arrive frozen or partially frozen. We will work to deliver your package within three business days, however we are at the mercy of transit, so there may be delays beyond our control. Your order will be packed with a sufficient amount of insulation and cooling elements. Please let us know if there are issues with your order and we will work to correct them for you as soon as possible!
Where do you source your beef?
The majority of our beef is sourced from our sister company, Circle M Cattle, a family-owned operation that includes a 10-acre feed yard, a registered Angus herd and a cow/calf operation.
