These juicy steak tacos are quick, easy and packed with flavor! Marinated in a delicious chili lime blend, our steak tacos are delicious whether grilled or pan seared! 30 minutes to marinate and 10 minutes on the grill.
Ingredients:
- 2 Circle M Meats Sirloin Steaks Tenderized in Black Tea
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- Zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 2 limes (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 small flour or corn tortillas
Directions:
- Add 2 Circle M Sirloin Steaks to a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano and garlic to the bag with the steak.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat a grill OR skillet over medium-high heat (approximately 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Remove steaks from marinade and place on hot grill.
- Cook 4 – 5 minutes per side for a medium rare steak. (see below for the Circle M Meats steak doneness chart!).
- Remove steak and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes. (Keep in mind!! Your steak temperature will rise approximately 5 degrees while resting. So, it’s best to cook your steak to approximately 5 degrees under your desired doneness.).
- Slice steak thinly and serve in tortillas along with desired toppings!
