2. Orders and Payment Orders must be paid in full or as specified at checkout. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. By placing an order, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Processing and Delivery Processing times vary depending on product selection (e.g., aged beef). We will provide estimated timelines at the time of purchase and do our best to keep you informed. Local delivery and pickup options will be clearly communicated during checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Due to the nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are limited. We cannot accept cancellations for bulk beef, however, we will do our best to accommodate for individual product changes based on where the order is in the fulfillment process. If you need to cancel or modify other orders, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for quality concerns or unfulfilled orders.
