We’re from Missouri. We want to show you  the finest dry aged steaks from our state-of-the art dry aging facility!. Try our Show Me Box and treat yourself to 21-day dry aged ribeye steaks and our succulent boneless chicken thighs.

Our dry-aged ribeye steaks are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days and dry-aged for an additional 21 days. They are hand carved by our expert butchers. Ribeye steaks and chicken thighs are individually sealed in a high-quality barrier film and frozen.
