We’re providing you with the best dry-aged steaks that the heartland has to offer, including our 21 day dry-aged ribeyes and 10 day dry-aged filet mignons. We’ve also partnered with our coastal friends to provide you with 2 lbs. of the best saltwater shrimp. 

Our dry-aged ribeyes are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days and dry-aged for an additional 21 days, and our dry-aged filet mignons are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days and dry-aged for an additional 10 days. They are hand-carved by our expert butchers. Ribeyes and filet mignons are individually sealed in a high-quality barrier film and frozen.
