Our dry aged t-bone's are wet aged for a minimum of 30 days followed by a 21-day dry aging period in our world class dry aging facility. Our expert butchers hand carve every steak.
Each t-bone is individually sealed in our sous vide rated barrier film and frozen - guaranteeing freshness and extending shelf life.
