Our dry-aged t-bones are wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days followed by a 21 day dry-aging period in our world-class dry-aging facility. Our expert butchers hand-carve every steak.
Each t-bone is individually sealed in our sous vide rated barrier film and frozen - guaranteeing freshness and extending shelf life.
