Our dry aged porterhouse steaks are wet aged for a minimum of 30 days followed by a 21-day dry aging period in our world class dry aging facility. Our expert butchers hand carve every steak. 

Each porterhouse steak is individually sealed in our sous vide rated barrier film and frozen – guaranteeing freshness and extending shelf life.
